Home Decor Orientated Project
Here, I focused on redesigning a bathroom utensil, specifically the toilet brush, with a human-centric approach. As a part of the project, I researched the possible problems that users may face while using a toilet brush and created an angled product to make the experience more convenient.
This new product is designed to help users with dexterity issues as it allows them to lift the brush from an angled position, making it easier to use. The structure of the product is lifted primarily with the support of a foot pedal concept, which helps to ease any problems users may have with hunching down to clean their toilets. This means that users can lift the product without exerting too much physical strength or hurting their backs in the process.
The cover of the product is placed at a 75-degree angle, which helps to reduce the strain of using a toilet brush. By changing the structure of the casing, the overall design promotes a more comfortable and efficient cleaning experience.
